Teeth on TV:

With our hand-held intraoral camera we can take pictures of your teeth in your mouth and can zoom in on anything on  the flat-screen monitor in front of you. Together we discuss the image of the situation and the necessary therapy.

 

Waiting times:

Nobody likes like to wait . To guarantee short waiting times, please register beforehand with us. Only then can we give you the time and care that you need. The team is exclusively available to you for the reserved time, there is no "assembly line treatment". Therefore, please keep to the agreed appointments or call us for a rescheduling.

 

Entertainment:

During our short waits varied TV entertainment is available with topics related to the practice, news, gossip, weather etc..

 

Daily newspaper:

In the waiting room you will find the latest magazines of various genres and a daily newspaper.

 

Drinks:

Anytime refreshing or hot drinks are ready for you. Help yourself!

 

Music:

In the background we have pleasant musical accompaniment. Please contact us if you have special music requests!

 

Disposable toothbrushes:

In the bathroom we offer disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and dental floss, all
free of charge.

 

Denture cleanser:

During your treatment, we clean your "third teeth" in an ultrasonic bath for free.

 

Children's corner:

Children are always welcome. Especially for the little ones, we have set up a children's area in the waiting room. There they can read, play, paint, build ...

 

Baby-sitter:

You couldn´t find a babysitter? Contact us, a staff member will schedule time for your baby and look after it during your treatment.

 

Pillow:

Why not try one of our cozy pillows during treatment. They are very pleasant and help you relax.

 

Cooling:

Of course, our rooms are cool in summer.

 

Debit cards:

You can pay your bill by EC/ debit card.

 

Payment by installments:

You always have the option of payment by installments.

 

Accounting:

If you have questions about your billing or reimbursement by insurance companies and aid agencies, talk to us. We can help you!

 

Comb and hairspray:

In the event that weather conditions have messed up your hair or your hair was flattened during treatment, brush, comb and hairspray are available for you in the bathroom.

We help you to never miss an appointment again . Upon completion of your treatment, regular checkups and dental cleanings are the guarantee for long-term success. By participating in our recall system you are reminded of the due date of your next check-up.
